Plant at the edge of your woodland garden for a striking effect. Dark blue flowers open from the bottom up, offering a long bloom period.

Poisonous to eat for humans but the benefit is the moose won't eat them, either.

Aconitum bloom at the same time and combine well with the yellow Ligularia.
