Dicentra 'Ivory Hearts' (Bleeding Heart)

Thumbnail Photo

The greatest thing about these smaller bleeding hearts is that they bloom all season. This one is a vigorous bloomer with a stark white flower. The blooms form nice, tidy clumps and are framed by silvery-blue, fern-like foliage. Planted at the edge of a woodland garden, the white blooms stand out like beacons. Combine with hosta, iris or any other fleshy leafed or spiky plant.

Moist but well-drained soils.
