Lilium 'Brunello' (Asiatic Lily)

Thumbnail Photo

Orange is in and this one is a true orange and one of the best oranges. Butterflies find this one quickly. Exotic look makes for a good cut flower choice. Brunello multiplies very nicely, indicating excellent potential for naturalizing.

Late-season bloomer.Grow on dry side to avoid bulb rot. Push a couple of sticks of chalk in beside the bulbs each spring for a 'timed release' feed.

Combine with Achillea 'Terra Cotta', Asclepias tuberosa, Ligularia 'Othello'.
