Clematis tangutica (Clematis)

Clematis tangutica is probably the most hardy, plus it is recurrent blooming. It has yellow flowers and is aggressive. Silver seed pods last all winter. C. tangutica grows to 14 feet.

Pruning guide: Do not prune except for shape, or for dead or diseased wood.

Be sure to have plenty of room. Very vigorous. Combine with 'Blue Bird' for different bloom times and interest.
