Papaver orientalis 'Plum Pudding' (Oriental Poppy) |
| An improvement over Pattys Plum, this selection is more compact in habit and has longer lasting flowers. This best in class poppy is in the same color range as 'Patty's Plum', producing rich plum pink, non-fading flowers on strong stems in early summer. In some climates, it may rebloom in late summer. Attractive seed heads also appear in late summer. They make an interesting addition to dried flower bouquets. photo credit: Thompson - Morgan Zone: 3-7 Exposure: Height x Width: 30" x 18-24" Flower Color: Bloom Time: Summer Category: Perennial Notes: Good for cut flowers.
